  • Do not wait or leave problems or tasks to pile up before tending to them as this only adds to the fear and anxiety you are feeling.
  • Approach things timelessly and tackle them as they come your way, one aspect at a time. 
  • You cannot tackle the whole situation at once, you will more than likely buckle under the overall weight of the problem.
  • Learn to tackle any obstacle or problem in your life, by breaking the problem down into chunks that you can realistically handle.
  • STOP PROCRASTINATING!
  • STOP LETTING FEAR AND ANXIETY CONTROL YOU.
  • START TODAY AND AS A RESULT, YOU DON’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT!

FEAR AND ANXIETY & THE IMPACT THEY CAN HAVE.

  • Firstly, being anxious when it comes to the future is not always a bad thing. To be anxious or to be nervous is to be HUMAN. Secondly, your nerves are there to prepare you for what’s to come, but they should not deter you from trying. Thirdly, your nerves are what should invigorate and push you to try new things. Lastly, nerves are natural, and it just depends on how you are able to deal with those nerves. Being able to deal with your nerves and fear, will allow you to operate on a higher level as you use fear and anxiety to your advantage.

FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN.

  • Fear is also natural, but you should not let fear control how you operate within your life or control how you live overall. Your Fear cannot be allowed to rule your life, because it will destroy you entirely. Fear may lend itself to how you prepare or deal with situations, but that is where the duties of the fear end. You must remove the “I’m not this” or “I’m not good enough” mentality in its entirety and make room for “I AM THIS” and “I AM ENOUGH”. Fear can be used positively to create and manifest the future you want to head towards in your mind, through proper preparation and practice. 
  • DON’T TAKE EVERYTHING ON AT ONCE.

THE FIRST STEPS ARE THE HARDEST

  • You have to accept things firstly and approach any obstacle head-on, but only one situation at a time. “You can only eat an elephant one piece at a time.” You must break down the obstacle into parts that you can realistically overcome if handled one at a time.
  • BE COMMITTED TO PERSONAL GROWTH. 
  • Let that commitment to personal growth drive you to grow within yourself and grow as a person every day. Set short term goals that will help you evolve and grow as a person. Keep to these goals, and reward yourself when you achieve any of these goals.
  • Practise self-love as well as self-care, as somedays, the only person behind you will be yourself. So always back yourself and root for your own self success.
